They can't do oil changes on newer Audis or Volkswagens. They can't tell you this up front because apparently every car is different..
They'll let you wait over an hour in the waiting room telling you your car is almost done and then tell you they actually unfortunately can't do an oil change on the car at all once your car is on the lift and that you have to take it to Audi Service so they can change the oil.
You would think they would be able to tell you this when you get there?
Audi and VW are pretty common cars so i can imagine this must happen often?
Just posting to warn others not to waste your time if you happen to have a newer Audi or VW.
Called a Vavoline after i left and they said they do oil changes on all Audi and VW vehicles and to bring my car in whenever.
So don't know what the issue is... i would say this is probably more of a tire place than an oil change spot. Lesson learned. -

AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
They are all so kind, professional, and skilled. I could not have chosen a better repair shop. They quickly assured me that my flat could be fixed. I have never felt so comfortable at a tire shop! They have a nice little comfortable waiting area for all their customers. They did an overall incredible job and I refuse to go anywhere else for my tire needs! -

Highly recommend them! I have taken my car to them a few times over the last year for several different reasons (tire replacement, battery replacement, oil changes, leaks in my engine) and they have always been very professional and I can sense that they are experts. I can tell they care because they are willing to take me back to the workshop to show me where the issue is with my car so that I am knowledgeable as well. Prices are reasonable and they can even offer you a ride home if you live close by since they get busy in the weekends sometimes. Ask for Rudy! He is awesome and will take care of you fast!

I WISH I had known this place does it all and just not tires sooner because I wouldn't have gone to my dealership to get the work done, lesson learned.
I came in the other day because my tire pressure light goes on and I've had a few flat tires so I went in and Izzy was kind enough to have my tires checked ASAP and fortunately he explained to me that there wasn't any issues with my tires, it's probably from the heat expanded especially since it's been sitting in my garage while I've been out of town.
I came back in today to get my oil changed due to the amazing service I received yesterday. The team was incredibly courteous, polite, the place is clean, it didn't take me long for my oil change and they are very reasonable when it comes to price!
The only negative thing is that Izzy is being relocated to another store.
Thank you Izzy and team for a wonderful experience and for taking care of me and my car! We will be back in the near future, bring Izzy back!
